First of all, students must have enough sleep before attend to the class. They shoul sleep 6 to 8 hours per day to have a clear mind. By follow this way, students can cover their sleep debts and would not feel tired or sleepy in class.Also, students must have a balance diet. Balance diet can affect a people become more healthy and away from sick.Students also can have a drink before the class such as coffee, tea, energy booster or others before the class.Students also should prepare for class.They should study the topic before attend to the class.By this way, students can understand what are teach by the teacher, so, they will pay more attention to study and no sleep in the class.
When during the class, students should sit more in front of the class and have a short distance to the teacher or lecture.This is because, teacher can found that what are students doing for.So, students not dare to sleep during the class.Beside that, students should more participate actively to answer. Students can more actively to answer the question those ask by teacher or lecturer. Students also can ask teh question which cannot understand.By this way, students will more understand what are teaching by the teacher and would not feel bored during the class.In addition, students can take down the notes those shown in the whiteboard or slide.This can help students pay more attention to listenly and take down the keyword.This would like a "alarm" to remind students should stay awake in class.During the class, teacher will give a few minutes to students.Students can spend this times to have a short break or eating some sweet.This can refresh students brind and keep their mouth busy to keep their birnd more clear.
After the class,students can do some exercise like swimming , jogging , playing basketball with friend or others.This can help body have a good blood circulation and the body become more helthy.This also can help students more fresh and active in mind.After doing exercise, students should take some rest to let their body have a enough rest and would not feel tired at the second day.This is a good way to help students stay awake in class.Students should reduce the time of playing online games until midnight or cluubing or chat with roommate until no enough sleep time.This will cause students cannot stay awake and feel more tired in class.
All in all, stay awake in class are super impertant for students.If students cannot pay full attention in class, their study schedule will effect,and this may drop their results in school.So, as a students, we should have a clear mind during the class to ensure we have a nice and beautiful future.
